imageDo you have fruit trees in your yard or neighborhood producing more fruit than you can handle? If you own or know of one or many fruit trees and have more fruit than you and your neighbors or your friends can use, let us help you. We have three ways to get your excess fruit (and veggies too!) to people who need it most. Choose the best option for your needs.

1. Box it up. And bring it to our collection area at Holy Nativity Church (corner of 83rd. & Dunbarton) on Thursdays between noon and 6pm. We'll deliver it to the Food Pantry LAX on Friday morning for distribution to needy families that same day.

2. Let us pick it up. Let us know if you harvest your own tree and have more fruit than you can transport. We'll schedule a pick-up time with you and leave you a donation receipt.

3. Let us harvest it for you. If you are unable to harvest your own trees, we will send out a team of trained volunteers to harvest the fruit for you. The owner gets to keep a share, the volunteers get a share, and the balance is donated to the Food Pantry LAX or another local food bank where it will be shared with needy families and individuals.
